Many people like to know exactly what they’re going to pay per month. When you sign a contract with us, you’re guaranteed a flat rate throughout the year. If you’re unsure about commiting for that length of time, don’t you worry. You can dissolve your contract with 30 days notice.

Annual Service
Beginning in mid-March, we will mow on a bi-weekly basis if necessary, and transition to weekly mowing in mid-April. Throughout the rest of the year, we will fertilize the turf to maintain a healthy lawn. Weed control will be done on an as needed basis. Come September, after a long and hot summer, we will aerate and overseed your yard to replenish it. When November rolls around, we will switch to a bi-weekly schedule, keeping your yard leaf-free through the holiday season. Our service will wrap up after the first of the year.
As you can imagine, the your lawn will be the envy of the neighborhood without you ever having to lay a finger on it (though we do hope you’ll lay a blanket on it and enjoy).
